Digix Plus<\/a><\/strong> took part in \u201cFabbrica Futuro \u2013 Ideas and Actions for Manufacturing<\/strong> \u201d, an event hosted by CUOA Business School<\/strong> in Altavilla Vicentina. Our participation focused in particular on the round table \u201cRoles, Decision-Making and Accountability in the Age of Autonomous Agents: What Future for Young People?<\/strong><\/em> \u201d. The discussion provided an opportunity to share our perspective on a central issue: AI-driven digital transformation is not merely a technological challenge, but above all an organisational and cultural evolution.
