Digix Plus took part in “Fabbrica Futuro – Ideas and Actions for Manufacturing ”, an event hosted by CUOA Business School in Altavilla Vicentina. The event brought together entrepreneurs, managers and experts to discuss the key issues shaping the future of Italian industry.
Our participation focused in particular on the round table “Roles, Decision-Making and Accountability in the Age of Autonomous Agents: What Future for Young People? ”. The discussion provided an opportunity to share our perspective on a central issue: AI-driven digital transformation is not merely a technological challenge, but above all an organisational and cultural evolution. In this context, the human factor remains the true driving force behind change.

The second day of the conference concluded with a highly valuable experience: an afternoon “factory tour", which gave participants the opportunity to go behind the scenes of production and take a closer look at some of the region’s manufacturing excellence. Thanks to the hospitality of Bauli Group and Gruppo Beltrame, participants experienced an immersive journey through processes, facilities and expertise, gaining first-hand insight into the value of Italian industry.
Fabbrica Futuro once again proved to be an important forum for networking, dialogue and the exchange of ideas among professionals committed to shaping the future of business.
